Build an online chat system where an AI assistant fully handles initial communication and lead qualification, reducing operator workload. Managers join after the first qualification stage or when the user requests a human, while the business gets a faster and more profitable inquiry handling channel.
The core challenge was eliminating micro-delays and animation freezes during real-time data updates between the client, the AI qualifier, and the operator. The system needed an interactive funnel where AI text input seamlessly alternates with clickable hint chips without breaking the conversation context. It also had to work around Telegram API connectivity restrictions in the RU region, deliver notifications even when the browser tab is closed, and reliably reach operators on iOS despite silent mode.
A ready-to-use B2B automation tool reduces first response time to 0 seconds, resolves up to 90% of common questions without human involvement, and passes warmed, qualified users to managers.

Build an interactive, gamified online terminal for a software developer website. Recreate CLI terminal UX/UI animation and embed an online operator chat inside it, simulating the dialogue directly in the console.
The terminal had to emulate CLI behavior inside the DOM and keep a strict console look without overloaded web animation. The output needed to stay smooth on any device, with no jumps, freezes, or unnecessary re-renders. Separate challenges included full terminal state isolation, interception of keyboard system events, and seamless integration of chat mode into the command flow.
A complex UX component consistently scores 99/100 in Lighthouse across devices, removes interface friction, and works as an engagement tool that significantly increases average B2B session duration on the site.
